Orders will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 working days - from the time we receive your order in the system (pls. note, during sale periods the delivery time may be longer). However, all customers who pay by credit card will be subject to a validation, and MarMar Copenhagen reserves the right to postpone the delivery of an order if we believe that additional security checks are needed. Depending on the country and chosen delivery method, it may take from 1 to 5 days before you will receive your package once it has left our warehouse.
Europe: The shipping costs depend on the delivery country and your total purchase amount. The exact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout. However, the shipping costs will be approx. 8-30 EUR. European orders are sent with DHL, Bring and local carriers. Delivery time depends on recipient country and shipping method.
Rest of the world: For all orders outside Europe, shipping costs depend on the country of shipment and your total purchase amount. The exact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout. However, the shipping costs will be approx. 20-60 EUR. Orders are shipped with DHL Express and delivery time depends on recipient country and shipping method.
Notice regarding shipping to UK: We are currently not shipping orders to UK.
You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on its way (sender name: Coolrunner, Homerunner, Bring, DHL, DHL Express or local carriers). MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery. The carrier is responsible.
Local taxes and duties
Please note that, depending on your order and delivery country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties receipt of your package for which MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Countries where this applies is for example Norway, US, Switzerland and Israel.
Customs Information for U.S. Customers
Taxes and duties may apply depending on the country of origin, contents of your order, or the assessment made by the U.S. customs authorities upon import. Import duties, taxes, and fees must be paid by the recipient upon entry into the U.S.
We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for the most up-to-date guidance before placing your order.
Please note that as of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has removed the previous duty-free threshold of USD 800. This means that all orders shipped to the U.S. may now be subject to customs duties and import taxes, regardless of the order value.

Please note that MarMar Copenhagen has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, delays, or refused deliveries due to unpaid import fees. If an order is returned to us because customs charges are not paid, the cost of return shipping and any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery to parcel shop/access point
In case your order has been delivery to an access point, please make sure to collect your package in time, to prevent it to be returned to us. If your package is return to us, freight expenses will be deducted from the amount credited to you.
Cancellation
Unfortunately, MarMar Copenhagen only has the option to make changes or cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone:
